PARENT VISA : SUBCLASS 143
CONTRIBUTORY PARENT (MIGRANT)
This permanent visa lets a parent of a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen stay indefinitely in Australia.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Pass the balance of family test, half or more of your children should be residing permanently in Australia, or, there are more children residing permanently in Australia than children living in any other single country
Must have a sponsor who must be willing to provide support for at least ten years
Obtain a ten-year Assurance of Support
Meet Australia's Health and Character requirements
